It looks beautiful from the outside, but it's hard to find even for locals, and there's no price list, so it was hard to get into the store, but I was introduced to it. If you were alone, you probably wouldn't have entered the store (lol) It was a Saturday, but when I entered the store, I was surprised to see so many families and customers! Everyone knows this so well! I only eat tongue, skirt steak, and offal, but Cow tongue is thick, juicy, and delicious! But I think it was a little salty↓ Also, you can have skirt steak or loin! (A friend of mine praised the loin.) I guess the odor of the offal is eliminated by the miso sauce, but the miso was so strong that you could only tell the difference in texture (lol).Tecchan didn't have a lot of oil, so I think the mino was delicious.
