豊中に引っ越した友人夫婦の久しぶりにランチしました。お料理の味はとても良いし、都内のホテルの中華レストランと比べると圧倒的なコスパの良さに驚かされます。しかしながらサービスに関しては、ホテルのレベルには程遠いです。
忙しいのか、そもそも人が足りてないのかは知りませんが、今回4人で訪問しましたが、料理のお皿を四つ一度にお盆も使わず持って来て、テーブルの上にある前のお皿を下げる事が出来ず、無理矢理テーブルの空いているスペースに仮置きして、その後前のお皿を下げるなんて行為はホテルのサービスとしてはあり得ない行為かと。。。
何で事前に前のお皿が下がってるのを確認した上で新しい料理をだすことが出来ないのかは、教育不足以外の何ものてもありません。
又、びっくりしたのは、魚料理を食べたあとまた同じ魚料理を出されてたことです。
そして、同じ人が二回ともサービスしました。
そんなに、席数もないレストランでしかもみんな同じコースを食べてるのに？？？です。
そして、どうやらそもそも厨房のミスだっのか、本来出てくる焼飯は恐ろしく間が空いて提供されました。多分間違えて同じ物を作ってしまって、客から指摘されても、リカバリーしようと早めに作って提供する心配りは全くないと感じました。故にここのレストランをホテルのレストランだとは絶対に思わない方が良いです。
