本日は大学時代の後輩（体育会・格闘技）が土曜日の夕方、片道２時間（電車・地下鉄）掛けて会いに来てくれました。
ですから、彼の大好きな「中華料理」を「千里阪急ホテル」さんで、予約しておきました。
この日も彼は、
ウェイト・トレーニング（２時間）とランニング（１０㎞）をこなしてきたそうですΣ(＾∇＾；)えええええ～
