Nakano Chicken Shokudo has a partnership with a directly managed poultry farm in Maebashi, Aichi Prefecture. Here, we raise chickens in a natural environment with careful operations. We deliver the best chickens based on the environment, feed, and years of know-how. With this sense of mission, I deal with chickens on a daily basis.

Because we have a partner poultry farm, we are able to utilize our strengths in terms of how and when to handle chickens. We optimize operations from order to delivery through close communication with partner poultry farms. We make every effort to maintain "freshness," which is the most important consideration. ☆☆☆ Fresh-tasting [young chicken pulled fresh from the farm] that is cut about 90 days after birth. [Nakano brand chicken] is processed in 350 days instead of the usual 500 to 600 days, and has a strong flavor.
