半年ぶり3度目の訪問。いつも早い時間に行くからか２～3組しかお客さんがおらず、落ち着いて食べれるのが魅力。
いつものようにサッポロ生（洗浄に疑問あり）と鶏焼き野菜セットを注文。
毎度美しい鳥肉に見惚れ、ガスコンロで焼き焼き。
一切れは小さめだけど、その一切れに十分な味があり満足。
以前は気づかなかったけど、野菜も良いもの使っており玉葱の甘さも鳥に合ってました。
追加で鶏刺身5種盛と焼物を3点ほど注文。
しめに特製親子丼を注文。
全ての部位からしっかりとした味が出ており、素材で勝負って感じで、味付けは2の次です。鳥の魅力を味わってほしいです。
あと、2時間近く食事をしていましたが、満腹感は得られませんでした。ここで、近所のラーメン屋さんなど行ったら最高ですよ。
