This is a restaurant that grills meat on a stove. The parent bird and the young bird each have various parts. There were also many types of internal organs. Up to 3 drinks, including beer, are a generous 100 yen. Order cabbage lightly rubbed with salted kelp and sesame oil, young and old seseri, breast, and thigh. Serve raw. The staff will teach you how to grill it. There were also instructions on how to properly grill it. It seems recommended to roast it shallowly. Seasoned with sauce and salt. I like salt because it brings out the flavor of the chicken. It's a good system because you can grill it to your liking and remove excess fat. The staff's customer service was good, so I had a good time.
