国道176号線沿い 豊中本町南 の交差点から南東に進んだ先にある中華料理店です。
2015年7月に創業。
現在、大阪府内で4店舗を展開されています。
代表を務める 平野氏 は、老舗中華料理店で18年修行を重ねた本格派。
その中で、餃子の焼き師を15年間続けられており、焼き方から味に至るまで餃子と真剣に向かい合われていました。
味を調整する塩1gにもこだわり抜き、ベストな味を見つけ出した餃子を看板に掲げ、中華料理店を開業されました。
国産肉100%と国産野菜を使った安全安心な餃子は、ニンニクの"黒"、生姜の"白"、唐辛子の"赤"に加えて、旨み溢れる"肉汁餃子"が用意されています。
♦黒餃子
青森産のニンニク入りの餃子。
皮の厚みは標準的で、餡はニンニクと肉の旨味の組み合わせを楽しめます。
♦白餃子
高知産の生姜入りの餃子。
皮は黒と一緒と思います。
生姜の風味を活かしてさっぱりした味わいに仕上がっていて、一緒に提供される梅ポン酢、塩がベストマッチでした。
♦肉汁餃子
焼き小籠包の様なイメージの餃子。
皮は厚みがあって、中にはたっぷりの肉汁が。
そのまま一口でいただくと、口内で溢れる肉汁が凄かったです。
♦酢豚（肉団子）
注文時に偶々豚肉が用意できていなかったそうで、急遽肉団子に変更して作っていただきました。
少しだけ残っていた豚肉も加えて、どちらも楽しめるお得な状態で提供して下さる神サービスも。
肉団子は外をカリッと、中はふんわりとした感じで美味しかったです。
他の具材はピーマン・人参・玉ねぎ・筍と一般的なタイプでした。
♦勝麺
ネギとたっぷりの挽肉が入ったピリ辛餡掛け麺。
辛さはそれほどでもなく、甘味のある餡とたっぷりの挽肉に中華麺の組み合わせが美味しかったです。
ランチタイムの終わりがけに伺いましたが、丁寧な接客をして下さった事がありがたかったです。
次回はもっと時間に余裕を持って、色々なメニューを食べてみたいと思います。
