豊中駅からすぐの場所にある「餃子の勝」さんへ。
実は何度目かの訪問で、こちらのお店は、石橋や天満にも系列店があり、これまでには「よーいドン」や「ちまたのジョーシキちゃん」などのTV出演、MEETS、ケンドーコバヤシのたまらないお店、など雑誌関連でも数多く取り上げられている、人気のお店さんです。
22時近くの来店にも関わらず、お店はほぼ満席、、さすがです。
今回は2軒目だったので、サクッとでしたが、「黒餃子」と、隠れ人気メニューとのことで、「玉子もやし炒め」を。
黒餃子、少し小ぶりですが、焼き色だけで食欲がめちゃくちゃそそられます。
食べると、皮はパリっとしていますが噛むともちっとした感じもしっかりあり、中の餡は味がしっかりついていてニンニクもガツンと、、めちゃくちゃ美味しいです！
そりゃ人気になるのも頷けます。
玉子もやし炒めは、卵はとろっとしながらも半熟過ぎず、良い固さ、もやしはシャキシャキで、中華タレとの相性が抜群で、しかもほんのり甘く優しさを感じる味付け。
飽きのこない味付けで、最後までぺろりといけちゃいます。
お酒はビールとハイボールを頼みましたが、餃子、中華、ビール、ハイボール、、最強の組み合わせですね。料理の味が美味しいので満足度は非常に高いです。コスパが良いのもありがたい。
必ずまた来ます。
