本日はお昼に蛍池駅にやってきたので、ラーメンかうどんで悩んだ結果「吉岡マグロ節センター」さんへお昼ごはんを食べに行きました。
カウンター席だけのお店です。
入口を入ると券売機がありますが、故障しているので着席後に注文をします。
ただし先払いになります。
定番メニューとして『マグロ節の中華そば』『鶏白湯そば』『煮干しまぜそば』がありますが、冬季限定『伊勢海老味噌ラーメン』があることに気づき注文しました。
麺大盛無料サービスがあるので「大盛」をお願いしました。
その場で支払いを済ませます。

続いて、麺をすすります。
腰の強い麺です。
スープに負けない力強い麺です。
トッピングは、厚く切ったチャーシュー、生玉ねぎ、白髪ネギ、糸唐辛子、マグロ節、レモンスライスです。
