Today I went to Toyonaka City, Osaka Prefecture. On the way to the shop, I got off at Senri Chuo Station for the first time. The station building has a very interesting structure. You can look down on the train platform through the atrium. The station building is also full of interesting shops, including the 100 Best Cafes. This is a station where you want to take your time and stroll around! I want to try a lot of different things and stop by, but today I'm looking forward to visiting the shop that invited me. So, today I visited Point. When I read the reviews, I often see phrases like "healing" and "kindness." What kind of experience will I have? I was very excited to visit. The shop is at the top of a steep hill. The first floor of the store is a counter, and the second floor is a chocolate shop. The counter is L-shaped with an atrium. The arrangement is perfect for a lively conversation, as you can see everyone's expressions clearly♪ Now, let's enjoy the food at Point! ヽ(´▽`)/ △▼△▼△▼△▼△▼△▼△▼△▼△▼△▼ ⭐︎Jean Vesselle Extra Brut ◉ Amuse-bouche ・Tondabayashi shrimp potato soup with grissini ・White asparagus Parmigiano Reggiano tart with caviar ・Jamon Iberico Bellota with Bubble tea chips →Toast with champagne for the first time♪The amuse-bouche we had together was from three beautiful kinds. The Iberico Prosciutto had just the right amount of saltiness and the texture of Bubble tea chips was fun. The shrimp potato soup was smooth and sweet, and we crushed the grissini and ate it together. The white asparagus tart was a happy mix of the sweetness of the asparagus and the saltiness of the carrier, making my mouth happy. I had it with a wine from Jura, the same region as Mont d'Or. ◉ Dekopon and powdered dekopon skin ice cream, white egg white pudding →Now, let's move on to the final dish! The powdered ice cream has a very refreshing aroma and flavor, and disappears in your mouth as soon as you put it in your mouth. ◉ Pistachio mousse, raspberry Ice cream, fresh strawberries, white Chocolate → A dessert with a combination of various elements. Even while eating, you are enveloped in a gentle and calm feeling. The wines that go with the food are all ones that go well with the food and are not sharp. The marriage of wine and food slowly seeps into your body. The chef says that he doesn't mean to do that, but I can still feel his kindness. The world created by Chef Nakata and Sommelier Nishiyama is gentle and calm. There was no tension whatsoever and I was able to enjoy the meal in a fun and relaxed atmosphere with everyone at the table. At first, I was a little nervous as I was hearing about the chef's past legends, but as I talked and ate the food, I gradually relaxed♪ I see, "healing" and "kindness". This was certainly a restaurant where you could feel that. It was so relaxing! Thank you to the organizer for the invitation, which is always appreciated♪ It was a very fun and peaceful time.
