Today's lunch was Torigin-san, as the name suggests, it's a yakitori restaurant, but it's a bit of a walk from the station, but it's not so far along the national highway as to be reached by car or bike. It's a small shop, so I just walked in with no expectations...and hit the jackpot! (lol) I ordered the chicken cutlet, and the crispiness was amazing! There are two types of sauce, soy sauce-based and mustard-based? But the sweetness is excellent ♪ In addition, miso soup... it's heavy! The whole time I was holding the bowl, I felt that it wasn't the weight of the bowl itself (lol).The dashi stock was a blend of bonito and kelp that was brewed over time, and ah... it permeated all my organs (lol). The rice is delicious, I've never really thought about rice, but just the rice is delicious. By the way, it is a brand rice from Miyazaki Prefecture. Thank you for the meal. By the way, in the evenings, the yakitori is not skewered, but rather like Yakiniku (Grilled meat), where you grill it yourself.
