モールの屋上駐車場に面したお店へ初訪問です。
入口すぐの券売機で購入するとオーダーが通っており、番号で呼び出されるシステムです。
キムチやにんにく、しょうがとお冷やはセルフで。食後の下げ膳もセルフタイプです。
券売機で店舗名を冠した「八八ラーメンのごはんセット(900円)」を。たまたま入店が続き、提供までは10分弱ぐらいでした。
パッと見はトッピングが多く、モツやごぼう、メンマにネギが乗っています。スープはあっさりめの醤油味、すじとの相性は好みかなぁ。別皿の辛ミソで後半は味変しましたが、辛さが足されるだけで、コクや旨みがら足される感じではありませんでした。
セルフ形式を全面に打ち出して、コストカットをしている印象ですね。ごちそうさまでした。
