もう１３年ほど前になりますが、旧店舗時代は２度ばかりお邪魔をいたしました。
この頃の豊中フレンチは激戦区でしたが、かなりの数のフレンチレストランが閉店、または移転しております。
個人的には、このリッペさんが一番美味しかった記憶があるので、移転を知ってから行くタイミングを計っていたら、ついに９月後半の平日に１人ディナーを決行することになりました。
庄内に来るのは初めて。
小さな商店街の中にリッペさんはありました。
店内は小綺麗でカウンター席のみの落ち着ける空間です。
予約時に８０００円のコースをチョイス。
よく考えたら、中尾シェフを間近で接するのは初めてなので、ちょっぴり緊張いたしました。
まず最初はオードブル４種盛り。
カツオのカルパッチョやサンマなど、オーソドックスな４種盛りでした。
続いてのオードブルは、マグロの生ハムをメインにアボカドやキュウリを交えてエクレアスタイルにしたものと、ホタテのロティとキノコのコンソメジュレ。
これは不思議な食感でしたね。
次は野菜のクリームスープ。
最初はコーンポタージュ？と思いましたが、色が白すぎるし、そうではないとのこと。
う～ん、野菜でこんな濃厚な味が出せるなんて。
続いての魚料理は、イサキのポワレ。
まぁ、これは普通でした。
で、いよいよメインの肉料理は、イチボ肉のステーキピカタをマスタードソースで。
うわッ、これは美味しい！
文句なしに今日一番の料理ですね。
小さなデザートを経て本デザートは、チョコアイス、イチジクタルト、梨のコンポート、ロールケーキ、プリンの５種盛り。
デザート大好きのワタクシは、もちろんペロリです。
移転の事情はネット記事を読んで知ってはいましたが、それには触れずにシェフと少しだけ世間話。
内容は内緒です。
機会があれば、またリッペさんに行ってみたいなぁと常々思っていたので、それが実現して嬉しいです。
職場が４月から大阪市内に変わったので、庄内なら充分に射程距離ですね。
予約なしでも席が空いていたら当日でもＯＫなので、またブラリとお邪魔することにいたします。
