新大阪駅からタクシーで10分ちょっと。
住宅街の中に有名な柏屋さんが。
ミシュランを取得されていてとても楽しみにお伺いしました。
今回は3万円を超える1番上のコースをいただきました。
お酒はペアリングしていただきました。
気を使っていただいてなのか一つ離れのようなお部屋に案内されたのですが‥
これがちょっと‥入るのが嫌になるくらい小さい入口。
ちょっと料理が心配になるくらいでしたが始まってみたら安心しました。
流石に一つずつ文句なしなくらい丁寧で王道の和食の中に少し手が加えられて食べたことないお料理ばかり。
正直すごい！と思う料理もあるったが普通な感じのものも結構あるなぁというのが感想です。
百合根の炊き込みご飯は最高に美味しかったです。
頻繁に行く感じのお店ではないのですが
次は少し安い価格にお料理で再訪してみたいと思いました。
