今年の誕生日は仕事の原因で大阪に来ました。
でも数か月前に確定したスケジュールだから、せっかくなので、大阪ミシュラン三ツ星のこの柏屋を予約しました！
友人と一緒に来ましたが、まさか二人でも個室！すごい！
今日いただいたコースは「小寒」
先付
細魚昆布、結構クランチ感がある一品、食感で食欲を刺激する！
お祝い
メニューに書いてない一品、誕生日のお祝いとして赤飯を頂きました！もちもちでおいしい！
煮物椀
帆立と椎茸のお椀、鮮味がきちんと出しているお椀、卵もめちゃくちゃおいしい！
造里
平目、横輪と烏賊の刺身、どちらも鮮度が高くて、いままで味わった刺身中にまぎれもなくトップレベル！
羹
一番びっくりした料理！まさか百合饅頭がスープの中に沈んでいる！？見たことがない料理です！実際スープの饅頭を一緒に食べると。ムースみたいな川、ちょっとしょっぱいスープと中身が甘い餡がとんでもないおいしく、そして全然重いと感じれない一品！
八寸
お酒に合う品がたくさん入ってます。タラとウニも鮮度が高くておいしい！一番驚いたのはごぼうの方で、自分ごぼうが苦手なんだけど、ここのごぼうは全然繊維感がない。
焼物
慈姑とタラのてんぷら、タラの肉質がよくて、中身もジューシー！天ぷら屋に負けない一品！
鉢物
濃厚なスープに高いクオリティーな野菜と一緒に食べれる一品、フレンチの野菜料理に似たように一品！
ご飯
最初に出されたのはウナギご飯、香ばしい香りがウナギ屋に匹敵するぐらいすごい！一瞬で食べ終わって、お替りはちりめん山椒ごはん、こちらも山椒の香りがよくて一瞬で食べ終わりました。
汁
重いご飯に合う汁、これがあればご飯は進みます！
水物
新鮮なゆずといちご、そして軽い蜜羹、口のリフレッシュとして最高。
お菓子
甘さが重い餡ものですが、抹茶との相性が抜群、最後はゆっくり今夜の体験をしゃべりながら食べました！
東京にいないけど、最高の誕生日を過ごしました！本当にごちそうさまでした！
