1 minute walk from Osaka Metro Esaka Station. It's a long-established Yakiniku (Grilled meat) chain restaurant, and I've known about it for a while, but this is my first visit. When you enter the store, the lighting is a little dim and you go up the stairs to the second floor. It was busy on a weekday evening, so I visited without making a reservation, but I was shown around in about 5 minutes. The atmosphere is chic and calming with slightly dim lighting. I ordered Daedongmon Assortment 4,980 yen, Liver 590 yen, Kimchi Assortment 650 yen, and Large Rice 380 yen. There are two types of sauce: soy sauce and miso sauce, and he recommended using soy sauce for red meat and miso sauce for offal. The Daidomon platter includes Wagyu top short ribs, Wagyu beef kainomi, Wagyu loin, Wagyu beef short ribs, skirt steak, and Wagyu beef fillets, each part containing 3 slices. As recommended, the light soy sauce sauce goes well with the rice! The Daidomon platter was large enough for one person to eat. Thank you for the meal.
