ドルチェが最高でした。
クリスマス特別コース
たらば蟹、寒ぶり、フォアグラ、オマール海老、雲丹、黒毛和牛、食材を生かした料理が最高でした♪
巷では凝りすぎた料理が多いような気がしますが、此方の料理に「何これ？」みたいなのは無いのですが、それがまた良い。
そして味はとっても良い！
何時もドルチェが美味しいのですが、今日のは最高に美味しかった♪
最高とは生まれてから今まで食べた甘味でナンバーワンと言っても過言で無いレベルです。
残念なのは、席が良くなかった・・・作り手さんの顔だけが見えて後は壁だけ・・・

独創性は無いにしても、定番の美味しさが凄い！
コスパは素晴らしいし、ドルチェが最高の美味しさ!

ワインのペアリングは料理数に合わせてなく最後一杯追加となりました。だったらメニューに杯数を書くべき！
解っていれば1杯目にビールが飲めたのに・・・
チョット不満も述べてみました。

メニュー変更が少ないのでいつでも定番の美味しさ！
暖かいパスタは毎回変わるが、この日はちょっとイマイチだったかな・・・
デザートも定番1品と月替わり２品からチョイス！
相方が何度か食べて「最高」と言ってた桃のコンポートの月に当たりました。
迷わず選んだのは良いのですが、私の想像が違う方に行ってしまっており少し物足りなかった・・・
桃素材を活かした桃の甘みがあるものと思っていました・・・
でも相対的には全て美味しく良かったです♪
写真が全て暗く写ってしまい残念です・・・
