この日は大阪出張。
仕事を終えて、江坂駅近くにあるこちらの串焼き店に訪問です。
こちらのお店の売りと言いますか面白いところは、河内鴨や丹波地どりなどの銘柄鶏を置きながらも、串焼きはオリジナリティ溢れるものが多い事です。
この日注文したのは、
●鴨ホルモン
●丹波地どりのむね肉のタタキ
●プリマス
●カミナリ
●もも炙り焼き
●南蛮串
などです。
中でも個性があって良かったのが、カミナリと南蛮串です。
カミナリは、丸めたミンチ肉にピリ辛の味を足したもので、なかなかクセになります。
少し硬めに焼きあげてあり、肉の食感を楽しめる仕立てですね。
そしてもう一つ、南蛮串はありそうでなかったメニューです。
鶏のむねにくに、甘酢とタルタルソースをこれでもか、とぶっかけます。
玉ねぎのシャキシャキした歯応えが、食べ続けても飽きません。
帰り際にエレベーターで帰ろうとすると、お店の若いおねえさんが、「行ってらっしやーい!!」と叫んでくれます(笑)
一瞬何が起こったかよく分かりませんが、ユニークでサービス精神旺盛なお店だと思います
江坂に来た時は、また来たいお店です。
