A glass of alcohol + shumai or Xiaolongbao + 2 items from 9 items costs 1,550 yen. On Saturdays and Sundays, free steamed bread is included. This time I ordered Xiaolongbao, drool chicken, and crispy fried burdock. Xiaolongbao has a thin skin and plenty of meat juice inside. It's delicious without adding anything. The drool chicken has a tangy Japanese pepper sauce that goes well with the tender chicken. The crispy fried burdock root is drizzled with sweet and sour vinegar, making it a delicious meal. What was surprising was the steamed bread served. It is delicious with a slightly sweet and fluffy texture. Thank you for the meal.

今日は筋トレ後のチートday。
いつもの敦煌さんでほろよいセットをオーダー。
生ビールに小籠包、豆腐サラダとよだれ鶏。
豆腐サラダは野菜の中に豆腐一丁隠れていて、ゴマ風味のドレッシングにナッツがトッピングされていて食感アップ。
よだれ鶏は柔らかい胸肉に甜麺醤と生姜の風味でさっぱりとした味わい。
これだけでは物足りなく、四川麻婆豆腐の激辛と大ライスをオーダー。
激辛麻婆は辛いというより痺れが際立ち頭のてっぺんから汗をかきながら大ライスと共に完食。
