大阪府の蕎麦屋さんを検索して見つけました。
「おやっ？ JR茨木駅と千里丘駅の中間に食べログ高評価の蕎麦屋さんがある!!!。どんなお店か気になるなあ。」
ということで、休日の昼に初訪問。
JR千里丘駅から歩いて行きました。JR茨木駅からレンタサイクルという手もあります。登り坂があります。
お店は民家を改装した様子。
まず２階にあがり、そこでくつを脱ぎます。
カウンター5席と、大きな８人卓が１つ。
目の前は美保ヶ池で、眺めがいいです。
焼きみそ 450円(税込) :
黒いみそで辛め。蕎麦の実がのってカリッ。
刻んだ白いねぎと混ぜながらいただきます。
ざるそば白(更科) 850円 :
そばはわずかに黄色がかった白。
「塩も合います」とのことで、まず塩。
そばの風味が増します。
添えてあるすだちをかけると、味の変化。
さらに、かつおを感じるつゆで。
わさびや白いねぎをのせて。
そば湯は白色やや透明で中間の濃さ。
大変おいしかったです。
吹田の丘陵地で端正なおそばをいただきました。
