万博公園のバラ園を観に行った後、伺いました。
住宅街の中、車じゃないと行きにくい場所にお店はあります。
店舗脇に1台分、すぐ近所の駐車場に1台分は確保されていますが、
先着争い状態ですね。
1階は調理場、2階が食事処。
見事に民芸品の調度に彩られた空間で、津軽三味線を聞きながら、お酒をいただくという
粋なイベントを時々開催されています。
靴を脱いで上がり、中央のテーブル席へ。
窓際は向かいの池と森を眺められる席で、バードウォッチング用の双眼鏡が置いてありました。
白黒合いもり 1250円
白は信州八ヶ岳の二八の更科、黒は越前粉を中心とした玄挽入りの二八の田舎蕎麦。
更科は非常に滑らかで清らかな味でした☆☆ 田舎は歯ごたえは優しい目。
出汁つゆは角のない優しさ。蕎麦湯で割ると最後まで飲める☆
こちらの出汁つゆだと、更科の方が相性が良さそうな。
名物出汁巻き玉子 650円
フワフワの正につゆだくな出汁巻き。初めは友達と「分けて食べよう」と言ってたのですが
急遽一人一つに変更。ペロリといただけました☆☆
友達は蕎麦がき（650円）も追加。
私は山葵醤油でいただく冷たいタイプしか知りませんでしたが
こちらのはみぞれ出汁に入った温かい椀物。冷たいざるを食べた後には
温かいの良いですね。
芦屋マダムと言われてもおかしくない、上品な女将さん。
自らも津軽三味線を弾くそうです。常連さんで席は空くことがほぼないそうですが
一度は聞きにその集いに行ってみたいものです。
