晴れた日曜日に自転車で大阪府吹田市新芦屋下にある蕎麦屋さん「梵保庵（ぼんぽあん）」に行ってきました。
9:50に自宅を出発し、11:00にお店に到着。
まだ支度中だったので近くの公園で水を飲みながら時間を潰すことに。
11:15に再び訪問すると、営業中の看板が出ていました。11:30じゃないんかい？＾＾
1階は調理場のみで、2階に案内して頂き、靴を下駄箱に収納して入室。先客は既に3名でした。
眺めの良い窓際のカウンター席です。目の前には「三保ヶ池」があります。
因みに、その向こうの白い建物は「パナソニックリゾート大阪」パナソニックの健保施設です。
掘りごたつ式だと思い、足を入れようとするが入らない。掘りごたつ式ではありませんでした。
結果、思いっきり・・・胡坐と恥をかきましたが、何か！？＾＾
白・黒ざる皿もりの「合いもり」（1,300円）にしました。
先に、辛つゆ、薬味の白ネギと山葵、野沢菜漬、蕎麦茶が出てきました。
野沢菜漬は、塩加減がジャストで、(ﾟдﾟ)ｳﾏｰ!!!!!
落花生の殻、ひょうたん型の器で供される白・黒ざるの「合いもり」です。
白（更科）は蕎麦の実の芯の部分、黒（田舎）は甘皮ごと挽いた挽ぐるみです。
まずは数本だけ塩をちょっとだけ付けて手繰りました。(ﾟдﾟ)ｳﾏｰ!!!!! 殊に白は繊細な味でした。
次に、辛つゆに潜らせ、肺活量を生かしてズズッー♪と豪快に啜りました。喉越しが、最高だぁー！
抜群に、(ﾟдﾟ)ｳﾏｰ! (ﾟдﾟ)ｳﾏｰ!! (ﾟдﾟ)ｳﾏｰ!!!
あっという間に食べ終わりました。
もっと、もっと食べたい～♪という衝動に駆られました。
蕎麦前も良かったのですが、自転車で来ていたので断念ながら、残念しましたよ。＾＾
トロッと粘度の高い蕎麦湯です。(ﾟдﾟ)ｳﾏｰ!!!!!
この色合いからして黒（田舎）の蕎麦粉を足していますね。
閑静な住宅街にポツンと蕎麦屋さんです。週に3日間、それもランチタイムだけの営業です。

帰路の途中、摂津市の大正川の上には、約700匹の鯉のぼりが泳いでいました。ほとんど無風でしたが。
