注文内容
・とりせいろ1,300円＋大盛350円

開店時間30分前にお店前へ来ると店舗横の駐車場（１台分）は先客有りだったので道路向かい、池の辺りの契約駐車場（１台分）に車を止めてお店へ。
先客様に続き2組目で少し待っていると定刻11:30より早めにお店へ案内されました。
その後の定刻11:30になると続々と来客で一気に満席御礼！退店時には外待ちのお客さんが多数居られました。
店内は2階建てで1階は厨房、２階が客席となっていて２階に上がる階段から趣のある空間が広がっていて雰囲気抜群！
そして、開店2組目でしたので特等席であろう外の風景を眺める事が出来るカウンター席に座る事が出来ました。
さてお料理について
お蕎麦屋さんと言えばお蕎麦以外の逸品料理もすこぶる美味しいので最近は良く頼みますが今回は久しぶりに「そばがき」を注文。
今迄食した「そばがき」はシンプルに山葵醤油で頂くものでしたが今回はツユに浸かった状態で提供されるものでコレが過去イチの美味しさ！！
ツユの味わいがしっかりとした出汁の風味が伝わるものでめちゃくちゃ旨い！！
私的には山葵醤油よりもこのスタイルの方が抜群に良かったです。
お蕎麦は更科、田舎の2種が有り香り豊かでしっかりとした弾力の有る田舎、やや甘みを感じてツルツルと喉越しの良い更科、双方共に塩で頂いても食が進むほど美味しい物でした。
そして、麺量も他店と比較して多めで大盛や相盛りだとしっかりとお腹が満たせます。
更に2種の蕎麦ツユが上記の「そばがき」のツユ同様に出汁がしっかりと伝わっててめちゃ旨！
蕎麦湯はトロットロでは無いがやや粘度の有る風味豊かなものでした。
お蕎麦屋さんとしては抑えな価格設定ながら料理の質、店内雰囲気、細かな気配りなどとても満足度の高いお店でした。
