近隣の焼肉屋では評判よく。ゴールドステッカー店のチケット利用もできるので聖夜に家族でコスパをとことん追求したくお店にお邪魔してみました。
まず注文したのは特上ロースと上タン。ナムル盛り合わせにライス大。あとチシャ。
ナムルについては美味い。ちゃんと手がかかっていた。
次に上タンについてはきもち薄めのカット。
肉質については可もなく不可もない感じ．ただ当初からついていたレモン汁は明らかにフレッシュレモンではなくポッカレモン？のような香りが薄い既製品レモン汁。
テーブルにある塩は塩化ナトリウムって感じな精製塩。
タン自体は若干だが苦手な匂いがする。
まあ大衆系焼肉屋だけにいちいち文句はつけられないがケミカルなレモンテイストにテンションはさがる。
次に特上ロース。
脂の臭みが鼻に若干だがつく。寝かしすぎてるのか。
なんだろうごく微かに苦手な匂いが脂から滲み出ていて『特上』の名にそぐわないテイスト。
気を取り直しハラミ、普通のロース、テッチャンとランクをあえて下げていき注文となっていったがここで印象逆転。
美味い。安い品ほど美味くなっていく。その理由はよくわからないが回転率の良い部位がこの店の真骨頂なのだろうか。
最後にキムチについて。
はっきり言って甘すぎる。最近市販のキムチが甘いと某掲示板に話題になっていただけにまさに旬な話題。
日本人の好みに迎合し過ぎた結果からかヤケに甘さが目立つ。客にファミリー層が多いからか？
総合評価で平城園が圧勝
