大阪に出張に来て江坂に宿泊。食事する居酒屋を検索したところ、マイレビュアーのＮａｔａｌｉｅさんがレビューされているお店を見つけたので、訪問することにしました。
＜ドリンク＞
小ビールで喉を潤したあとで、日本酒を注文。
ご主人が高知県出身とあって、高知県の日本酒が置いてあります。酔鯨、司牡丹をいただきました。
日本酒は店員さんが席で注いでくれます。下皿にも溢れんばかりに日本酒が注がれ、表面張力でやっと下皿に留まっています。上品な飲み方ではありませんが、口を近づけ下皿の日本酒からいただきます。一人だからまあいいか。
＜料理＞
手書きメニューの最初は鰹。店主がいい鰹ですと言うので、刺身でいただくことにしました。6月に高知出張でいただいた鰹刺しには及びませんが、十分おいしいです。
牛すじポン酢、蓮根はさみ揚げもおいしかったです。油の質がいいのか、蓮根はさみ揚げはしつこさがなく上品な味わいです。
お腹が膨れてきたので、酒盗を日本酒のアテにしました。
〆に味噌汁をいただいて、5,180円。ごちそうさまでした。
