やっぱりMy No.1お寿司屋さん
地元の大好きなお寿司屋さん
かれこれ20年程前からお世話になっている、実家近くのお寿司屋さん「すし智」さん。
”さより”や”えんがわ”などの渋めのネタの美味しさを教えてくれた、大好きなお店です。
今は私も2児の父となり、実家に帰っても訪れる機会が減ってしまいました。。
（出前でお世話になっていますが。。笑）
お寿司だけでなく、アラカルトメニューも豊富なので、
ちょこっと飲みに、、〆にお寿司なんかあると最高！といったシチュエーションでは最適☆
甘えびの握り（お造りでも）を注文すると、おまけで付いてくる「甘えびの頭の炙ったやつ」は
お酒のお供にピッタリ！ うなぎの握りも外せません。
大将の人柄、お店のスタッフの元気の良さも、いつ訪れても気持ちいいです。
いつか自分の子どもが大きく(飲めるように)なったら、
すし智さんのようなお店に連れて行ってあげたいな、と思っています。

会社の研修で珍しく単独帰郷。
実家に泊まることになり、親からの「何か食べに行く？」の問いに間髪入れず出てきたお店は、やっぱりこちらの「すし智」さん。
タイトルの通りの、自分の中でのNo.1お寿司屋さんです。
今回も、いつも通りのアラカルト、お寿司、その他全てのメニューのクオリティ。
やっぱりエイヒレは「炙り」じゃなくて「天ぷら」でしょ！
今回、従来にも増して素晴らしいと感じたのは、私の大好きな日本酒「秋鹿（秋出し）」がラインナップされていたこと。
これまでは、これまた近所の「たかみ」さんでしか飲んだことのなかった一番好きな日本酒が置かれていたことで、益々ここが
大好きになっちまいました。
EXPOCITYからも、市立吹田スタジアムからもアクセスの良いこちらのお店。
もっとみんなに知ってほしいような、いつまでも我々の中だけでのお気に入りであってほしいような、ちょっと複雑な気持ちで見守りたいお店です。
また近いうちに無理やりにでも大阪での研修入れようかな。
