韓国のスタッフが本格感ある韓国料理をだしております。コロナ明けの１０月の平日１８：３０頃、ほぼ満席で若い皆さんが豪快にテーブルに皿を広げてます。やや席間が狭いので熱気と脂を焼く香りが漂ってます。 ご自慢の塩麹サムギョプサル、タレ系ではないという事でシンプルにばら肉を味合うかんじですが結構麹の塩味味が効いてまさにネギと合わせてサンチュでいただく定番の食べ方がピッタリ、ビールが進みます。 ほかにクワトロフォルマッジという若向きのチヂミがありチャレンジしました。ハチミツが添えられてチーズなどのミックス味、韓国人もびっくりするであろう意味不明のチヂミが結構人気あったりしているようです。 とにかくお安いのでなにをやっても許される。旨ければ体裁は気にしない大阪らしい人気店でした！
