江坂駅徒歩2分。ハンズさん、東急REIホテルさんの入っているビルの地下にあります。近隣は大戸屋さん、いきなりステーキさんなどがあります。
13:40頃の訪問。生憎満席で名前を書いてお待ちくださいとの事。待つ事、5分程度で案内されます。本日の注文は

冷麺＋ハーフ石焼ビビンバ

＋200円でビビンバをレギュラーサイズへ変更したよ

キムチとコーン茶をお出し頂き、待つ事7〜8分で着丼。
バチバチと心地よい音を立ててビビンバ参上。冷たいの熱いので最高の組み合わせですなぁ。

ビビンバは挽き肉、もやし、人参、ほうれん草、韓国のりのトッピング。その中央には卵黄が鎮座。
卓上のコチュジャンと最初に出して頂いたキムチを投入して混ぜると、焼けた器からジュージューと美味しくなる音が響きます。そりゃ美味しいですよ

冷麺は韓国冷麺のそば粉入った麺では無く白い麺。然りとて岩手冷麺の麺とも違う感じ。細めの麺にオイキムチ、蒸し鶏、胡瓜、ゆで卵、スイカが入ってます。夏だねー
よく冷えており、伸びやかな麺とあっさりしたスープが良く絡む。
こちらにも勿論キムチを投入。更に仕上げにお酢投入でさっぱり冷麺に仕上げて〆ます

そりゃ少し遅めの時間でも満席だと納得
