以前に当日電話して満席だったお店、今回は1週間ほど前に予約して無事行けました
ランチはStaub鍋で提供されるブレゼ
プラス料金で前菜変更したり、メインをお肉に変更したりもできますが、お魚気分だったのでベーシックのままで、リエットのみ追加しました
前菜は盛り合わせです
種類豊富でたっぷり盛り合わせてあってどれも美味しい
メインのブレゼは目の前で蓋を開けてもらうのですが、湯気がもくもく上がり、良い匂いがふわーっと
魚介とお野菜、下にはお米があり、魚介風味たっぷりのスープが美味しい
熱々なのでお皿に取り、添えられたルイユを付けながらいただきました
このルイユがまた美味しいです
デザートはプラス料金ですがお願いしました
種類が多くて迷う迷う
結局マンゴーのミルフィーユにしました
瓶に入って提供されるミルフィーユはサクサクノパイが印象に残りました
手作りのデザート、ランチにこんなにいろいろなデザートが用意されてるのは凄いですね
遅めに到着してしまい、ランチタイムは14時30分にクローズ、デザートまで頼んでしまって時間が厳しかったのにテキパキと提供してもらえて大満足のランチになりました
他のデザートが気になるのでまた行きたいです
