20190617中華小皿料理 ダオフー 江坂店
江坂で「ダオフー」さんで中華ランチです。
チョット小洒落た中華カフェ風の店内です。
ランチメニューから「日替りダオフー定食（麻婆豆腐）」900円を注文しました。
シマッタ！花椒粉を忘れて来た！
仕方ないのでプレーンで頂きます。
出て来たのは上品に並んだ御膳。小鉢は、左奥が春雨の海苔巻の天ぷら、真ん中は豆と水菜のサラダ、右はごぼうサラダ。
麻婆豆腐は陳式の四川風では有りませんな。チョッピリ花椒は振って有りますが、トロミしっかりだか、和風でも無い、不思議な方向です。でもコレはコレでありかな。
他の料理も気になります。
