I happened to get in and hit the jackpot.
I stumbled into this restaurant by chance on my way home from work.It didn't look like a Chinese restaurant at first glance. I asked for a small drink set that caught my eye when I entered. 1,000 yen for 1 drink, 3 appetizers, and 2 Amatsu dishes is a good deal. First of all, the draft beer is Sapporo's SORACHI! I'm so happy. A refreshing draft beer. So, the 3 appetizers (steamed chicken, shrimp mayo, Japanese zha cai and cucumber) were absolutely delicious. Replace SORACHI immediately. So, in Tianjin, I was surprised to find that Xiaolongbao and steamed shrimp Gyoza / Dumpling (ha gao) were also served freshly steamed in a bamboo steamer. This is great for a small drink set. It's fun and I'm in solo party mode. I ordered a carafe of Shaoxing wine, grilled Gyoza / Dumpling, and the recommended Sanyuan pork old meat (sweet and sour pork with black vinegar). While I was drinking Shaoxing wine on the rocks, Gyoza / Dumpling (a little overcooked) arrived with the texture of the vegetables remaining. And the black vinegar sweet and sour pork is pork topped with a thick black vinegar bean paste that has a unique aroma. The pork is juicy and perfectly fried. The sweet and sour sauce and the flavor of the pork go well with Shaoxing wine! I was thinking about whether to order mapo tofu or not, so I decided to pay the bill today. The final price is 3940 yen. Drink this much and the price is cheap. Decided to visit again! Thank you for the meal ＼Manpuku／
