Visited on February 15, 2020 I decided to go out for drinks after work with a drinking friend from another industry who I always go out to drink with, and a colleague who loves chicken. I was looking for a reasonably priced restaurant that accepts reservation on the day and offers all-you-can-drink options, and the one I ended up visiting after making a reservation by phone around 4pm was ``Tori Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) Roots Esaka.'' This is a stylish shop located near the 7-Eleven Suitae Kicho store, which is located southwest of the Hiroshibacho intersection after exiting the south exit of Osaka Metro Esaka Station. The interior of the store has a quiet atmosphere, and the calm lighting creates a perfect mood. What I had reserved was the "Chicken Shichirin Yaki Set" for 2,300 yen plus all-you-can-drink for an additional 1,100 yen. We were led to a four-person table and served draft beer along with ``Chicken Daikon'', followed by ``Hinepiba Boiled Plum Ponzu''. After a while, "edamame", "crispy fried cheese", and "addictive cabbage" come out, and finally the main dish "assorted grilled chicken shichirin" appears. Everyone enjoys grilling a platter of about 10 different cuts, ranging from well-known cuts such as seseri, bonjiri, and suri, to names you've never heard of before, and enjoy drinking them while grilling them on a charcoal grill. This is pretty fun. Of course, the taste is quite satisfying, and I'm also happy that it's reasonably priced. You can also eat it with sauce. You can also eat it with the salt and shichimi that are on the table. You can grill it to your preference, making it even more delicious. For the final meal, we had a choice of ``egg rice'' or ``dashi chazuke,'' so all three of us chose ``dashi chazuke.'' ``Hakata Hot Pot'', which boasts a cloudy three-stage soup (there's also a red version for those who like spicy food), and ``Chicken Teppanyaki Sukiyaki'' also seem to be popular. #Esaka #Chicken Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) #Roots
