令和5年12月7日(木)
ここ２～３年、この超伝導の大御所先生とは年一度の師走会食(忘年会？)
だけになってしまいましたね！ 丑年ですから御年は私より三つ上にな
りますが、高校御卒業が学園紛争で東大の入学試験がなかった年、仕方
なく東北の某大学に進学されました。 今回も愛弟子さんの大学に訪問
された後、私たちの為に大阪に一時的に立ち寄ってくださり、長男が懇
意にしている、こちらのお店で忘年会となりました。
こちらは長男がお世話になっている以前伺ったお店、江坂イタリアン、
ラッポルティの２号店との事でした。
料理はオーナーのセンスですかね、色合いも豪勢で価格の割には贅を尽
くしております。 と言っても本格的なイタリアンとなれば私が食せな
い料理がほとんどなんですよね。 長男も気を使ってくれて、それなり
の料理を手配してくれましたが、それでも我儘親父には？？
ですから料理名もアヒージョ以外は、ほとんど判らずじまいでしたよ！
ワインは白ワインこそ、お店での注文でしたが赤ワインは長男が過去に
トライしたもので手頃で美味しいもの２本持ち込みしてくれていました。
最初の一本はブルゴーニュ―の広域ワインですが、しっかりしたボディ
があり開栓して間もなくで、まだ少し角が立っていましたね。 そうい
う意味合いでは２本目のシャトー・ラフィット・ロートシルトと日本の
ワイナリーが合弁(？)で織りなした山形ワイン(？)の今後の進展が見も
のですね。 お店で注文した白ワインも美味しかったですよ！
今回の訪問で、敢えて問題点を一つだけ指摘させてもらうと、最初に提
供されたビールのコップの内側にすっごい泡が --- 、私のグラスだけで
したが多分グラスの洗浄不足なんでしょうね！ 若女子スタッフにこの
グラスは？ なんて伝えるとビールの量が少なかったと勘違いされたの
か、ビールを足してきますなんて言葉が返ってきましたよ？？
やはりスタッフの飲料、及び料理に関する見識もお店の今後に必須だと
思いましたよ。 久しぶりの良いお店でしたが、最初のビールで躓いた
事で今後の展開に少し不安を持ちましたね！

追而、使った金額に関しては持ち込みのワイン代も適宜振り分けした後
の金額です！
