四季を楽しめる個室で食事が楽しめます。
今回は青もみじが窓いっぱいに楽しめる個室でお食事を頂きました。
紅葉も美しいと思いますが、新緑のこの時期も素晴らしいです。
お料理は2時間半ほどかけてゆっくりいただく懐石料理。

・スナップエンドウと青菜と椎茸に出汁ジュレ
上にはぜんまいがのっています。
・なす、まいたけ、水菜のおひたしに胡麻ペーストに少しお酢効いたソース がかかっていて、ナッツがちらされてます。

愛媛のタイと和歌山のカツオ

お椀が素晴らしく美しい。
