サラリーマン時分に随分お世話になった30年余りの歴史ある中華店です。
平成25年10月11日(金)
麻婆ランチというのがあったと記憶していたので2年ぶり(？)にランチで
訪問しました。
でも"会わなきゃよかった昔の恋人"という感じそのものでしたですね！
赤ん坊から老人までの万人受けする料理を提供し出すと結局、個性が
なくなり誰にも受け入れられなくなる(という可能性がある？)という事を
真剣に考えて欲しいと思いましたね。
麻婆豆腐はイン○○ントのお味そのもので非常に軽く --- でもお金を払っ
てまでお店でいただきたくないレベルのものだったです。 青冥さんよ
あなたまで！ と言いたくなるものでした。
ましてや生ビール(小)の大きさと言ったら、醸造会社がサービスで提供
しているちっちゃなグラス(140cc？)程度の物！ これが 450円、知っ
ていたら頼まなかったのに！
今日は残念なランチでした。

25年ほど前には週に2～3回は通ったでしょうか？
ここ阪急電車、池田駅高架下にある中国料理店 "青冥"会社退職後も
数回訪問しましたが、今回ほど過去を思い起こす事はありませんでした。
上司のA部長とここでよく論争しながら食ったランチが懐かしい！ あの
上司ももう既に現役引退されて70歳！ お世話になったにもかかわらず
お返しできぬまま今日が！ そういう恩讐（自己批判？）が走馬灯のよ
うに駆け巡る。
あの当時からランチは結構高く 600円程度だった記憶しています。
さて本日は、
家内は焼きそばランチ 880円
私はピリ辛ランチ 930円
後、中瓶ビール 580円
そうそう、ここのランチにはいつも玉子スープが付いていたんです。 懐
かしい味、30年ほど前とちっとも変っていませんでしたね。
"シメジと各種魚介のピリ辛炒め"も昔の感じそのままで余り辛くはなか
ったですが美味しかったですね。
本格的に判断するにはやはり夜に来ないと駄目ですかね。
スタッフの方も良い感じで久し振りに都会の中華を味わった気がいたし
ました。
今日も健康と平和に感謝！

As a chain store, it is a high-ranking store, and the setting is reasonable, such as round tables, but I personally prefer the town Chinese. The selection of drinks is decent, but since it is Chinese, it would have been nice to have a white wine like a wreath ring. I thought that the food, including the appearance, would be a little harder! After that, the stay time is a little short of 90 minutes with a course meal and drinks--- ? There used to be nearly 10 restaurant Chinese restaurants in Ikeda, but now there are only 3~4 stores, so I'm grateful that you're doing your best.
