かなり以前、阪急夙川駅にも店舗があった頃からちょこちょこ通っています。
夙川店閉店後は、阪急三番街店→大阪大丸店ですが、今回は池田店にお邪魔しました。
本店訪問は1度のみ。池田店は初訪問なので、とりあえずはランチからチャレンジです！
所在は駅ナカでもなくモール内でもなく、住所からは少々分かりずらい高架下のあります。
ファサード（外観）は特に高級店でもなく、かといって街の中華飯店でもない造りですが、
店内はやや照明を落としたシックな雰囲気で、ワンランク上の落ち着いた空間がいいですね。
ランチセットの中でも、一番品数の多い「青冥セット（青冥ランチ？）」をオーダー。
ご飯とサラダ、玉子スープの他、酢豚、エビチリ、五目焼そば、点心、杏仁豆腐。
全てミニサイズだが十分なボリュームで、いろいろ楽しめて1,600円はかなり満足します。
エビチリは四川風ではなく、程よい辛さに少し甘さが感じられる上品な味付け。
もう少しエビ本体の下味に工夫がほしいが、辛過ぎない味付けが広東風でいいかも。
五目焼そばは、海鮮の入った具沢山のあんかけが素直に美味しいです。
酢豚もシャキッとした歯ごたえの野菜と大きめの豚肉が丁度いい甘酢に絡んでご飯に合う。
ランチなので注文していませんが、中華クレープで包む「牛肉の味噌炒め」は必ず注文！
「白身魚の卵白炒め 」「鶏のカシューナッツ炒め 」「ホタテ貝柱のバター炒め」もオススメ。
焼き飯と唐揚げ！パンチの効いたラーメン！などを求めている方は、街の中華飯店へ。
総じて塩分控えめですが決して薄味ではなく、濃くはないがしっかりとした味付け。
街の中華飯店の味付けが好きな方には物足りなく感じるでしょうし、
特徴のある個性的な味付けではないですが、どれもハズレのない優しいお味で安心出来ます。
惜しむらくは大丸店や本店と比べると・・・もうちょっと頑張って！
といっても、ゆったりと美味しくランチを楽しめるので満足です。
