阪急箕面駅から徒歩１０分のところにある当店。当店は箕面公園の中にあり、車が進入できないから、駐車場なし。ただし、駅前の市営第一駐車場にとめれば、サービス券をくれる。駐車場からテクテク歩いて行くと、店の玄関先で着物のお姉さんが待っていてくれて、迎えてくれた。店の前には川が流れ、京都の貴船のよう。大正１５年の建物は、素晴らしいの一言。そこだけ、大正時代にタイムスリップしたかのような雰囲気で、歴史教科書の中の登場人物の一人になったかのような錯覚さえ覚える。黒ずんだ壁や柱に囲まれた迷路のような廊下を抜けて、二階の風の詩という個室に通してもらった。この部屋も趣きがあって、景色も良い。窓ガラスは小さな歪みや＂だま＂があって、手作りなのが分かる。今だと手に入れるのも難しいだろう。予約しておいたのは、４９００円税込の会席コース。これに一人につきプラス部屋代１０%が加算さられる。料理は、アスパラ豆腐とじゅん菜の前菜、刺身盛り合わせ、湯葉巾着などの炊き合わせ、蓮根挟み揚げや赤魚の西京焼きなどの八寸、鰻の柳川風小鍋、もろこし枝豆饅頭の蓋物、ご飯、味噌汁、漬け物、大きな青梅の入ったジュレ、コーヒーがつく。料理自体の質良く、季節感があり、上品な盛り付け。料理全体に隙がない感じ。流石は結婚式でもよく利用されるお店。それは接客にも言える。所作や笑顔の対応が板についている。もちろん、雰囲気はケチのつけようがない。コースにお肉が無かったのが、少し寂しかったが、概ねどんな客人を連れて来ても満足してもらえる。そんなお店ではなかろうか。
