住まいから1時間半くらいのところへ宿泊。
9月上旬の平日に3名で1泊の予約です。
みどり豊かな自然に囲まれた宿泊施設は
大正15年に建てられたという邸宅が使われており
築100年近く？たいへん風情がありました。
レビューは夕食。懐石か鮨コースが選べたので後者を。
こちらランチや夕食のみ予約も可能です。
そのため相席になる場合があるとのことでしたが、
今回はノーゲストで貸し切り状態でした。
この道40年の鮨職人が目の前で調理してくれます。
今回頂いた内容は、通常1万5～8千円のコースかと。
お刺身や、おつまみ、鱧しゃぶに握り、デザートで〆。
お酒を飲まないと満腹には至りませんでしたが、
限定酒などもあり、満足です✨
ちなみに今回1泊で夕＆朝食付き、
さらにビールやらお酒、ジュースも注文して
お支払いは10万4,775円(値上る前の春に予約しています)。
施設内は、床や引き戸などギシギシ、ガラガラと
音がしたり、虫が多かったり(電気蚊取り器あり)、
夜中に山の動物の鳴き声が聞こえたりと
気になる部分は なきにしもあらず、でしたが
普段できないような体験でした。
季節によっても景観や食事が変わることでしょう。
