小野原の豊川南小学校の近くにあるお蕎麦屋さんです。北摂でお勧めの手打ち蕎麦屋さんです。
蕎麦は季節によって産地を変えられていて白と黒が選べます。この日は福井県丸岡産の白を選び、ざる蕎麦大盛りを注文しました。
最近の手打ち蕎麦は千円を超えるお店が増えてますが、並盛り140gで税込750円で大盛りは＋200円とコスパはかなり高いです。
蕎麦は極細でコシもあって口に入れると蕎麦の香りがふわりと広がります。塩で食べたら蕎麦の甘みと旨みが堪能できて美味しいです。
京風の甘いつゆでは無くてキリッとしていてお出しも効いていて私好みです。
鴨南蛮やネギ蕎麦など熱いお蕎麦もお勧めです。そばがきがないのが少し残念ですが、どの品も食材にこだわっていて美味しいです。
テーブルは透明の仕切り板が設置されていてコロナ対策は万全です。ただしコロナ自粛中は小学校以下のお子さんの入店は断られる場合もあるようなのでご注意ください。
