窯焼きの粋なPIZZA
「Pizzeria」の大きな看板。池田でもっとも元気なお店でしょう。

マルゲリータに、生ハムとルッコラがのった、一番ゴージャスなピザにしました。
モチモチの食感の生地が無茶苦茶に美味しい。それにもちろん生ハムも旨いし、ルッコラもアクセントになっていてよい。
ルッコラも生ハムもぎっしり満載。
それからパスタも注文。ペンネでいきましょう。
ワインも美味しい。白ワインをグラスで。ビールも合います。
店内は大きな窯があって、夏はその近くだと熱いので、できるだけ離れた場所に。逆に冬だと窓際は寒い。
そのあたりの席のポジションがちょっと難しいかな。
二人で7000円ほど。

かなり久しぶりに立ち寄るが、デザートとコーヒーだけいただく。
パンナコッタと、ミルクのジェラート。どちらもとても美味しい。
カプチーノもしっかり目の味で、なかなかよい。ワインも一杯。今回は二人で3000円ちょっと。
また今度はピザを食べに来ようっと。

元祖、窯焼きピザの店。美味しいイタリア料理。
マスターは、本場で修業した人物。まだ窯焼きピザ屋がそんなにない時代に、まさにこの分野の嚆矢となった。
まずはスパークリングワインで乾杯。スプマンテ。
生ハムをいただく。ワインに合うね。
コロッケ
ミートボールのトマトソース。これが素晴らしい。
３人合計で16280円
ピザはマルゲリータだったかな。とにかくチーズがとろーり。具だくさんで旨い！
3人で14800円に税金で16280円。安いし大満足。久しぶりだったけど、さすが。
