店員さんがまず気持ち良い。
大きな声でこちらの目を見て接客してくれる。
マニュアルではなく、例えばこちらが「美味しい〜！」と話してたら、「ありがとうございます♪」って話しかけてくれたりする。
あったかくなれる蕎麦屋さん。
蕎麦は細めor太めと選べる。細めを注文したが、麺1本1本が微妙に太さが違うところがまた良い。歯ごたえがあり、喉越しもある。
モチっとしてツルッといける感じ。
麺つゆは濃いめ。最後まで薄くならず食べられる。美味い！！
お客さんと店員さんを見てると、結構仲も良さげで、「チェーン店でない街の蕎麦屋」という字面を見るだけで感じる素朴さ、温かさを感じるお店。
味以上の満足を感じることができる。
