休日の夜に当日予約して初訪問。
紀土 純米 一合 680円(税込) :
甘みと旨み。ふわーっと強く薫る。
ウーロン茶 300円

つきだしは有無を選択でき、有りでお願いしました。
せりとフグ皮の明太なめこ昆布あえ。
せりは歯応え。味、香りよし。
あて五種盛り合わせ 1180円 :
かに味噌のムース。かに味噌がとても薫る。そばの実がカリカリ。
田楽。あつあつ。味噌が旨い。
鴨。3切れ。風味よし。
ぶりの刺身。6切れ。新鮮。
菜の花のおひたし。サクサク。だしの匠。
ブリ大根 780円 :
絶妙の味付け。ボリュームあり。
天ぷら盛り合わせ 1200円 :
海老、大根、ごぼう、かぼちゃ、紫色の名前を知らない野菜など。
海老はぷりぷり。素材を引き立てる天ぷら。

箱盛りのおそば。灰白色。コシあり。
だしはかつおの香り。

そば湯は濃厚。
