夜に訪店したので
太蕎麦（田舎蕎麦）は売り切れていました。
細蕎麦を辛味大根おろし
でいただきました。
細くて艶々した蕎麦を食べると
o(^◇^)oオオー!!
コシがあり、美味しいお蕎麦です。
辛味大根を絡めて食べると
一気に食べてしまう美味しさでした ^ч^
連れの頼んだ
鴨南蛮もいただきましたが
o(^◇^)oオオー!!
出汁を飲むと癒やされます ^ч^
蕎麦は程よい噛みごたえで
温かい蕎麦もとっても美味しかったです ^ч^
蕎麦の前に アテも注文しました。
このアテがとても美味しくて
次は、日本酒を飲める機会に
訪店したいです。
特に、蕎麦豆腐は
胡麻豆腐の蕎麦版で
蕎麦の香り、モチとろ感が
