『一刀流らーめん@大阪府池田市』で超煮干醤油ラーメン（太麺）900円。
醤油の深みや煮干し油による厚みもあって醤油ラーメンとしてはおいしいが、スーパー煮干しは自らハードルを上げ過ぎており、ギャップが大きい。
麺は平打ちの太ストレート麺。ツルンとした喉越しでスープとのバランスも良好。
トッピングはねぎ・メンマ・海苔・青梗菜・チャーシュー。
900円はやや強気かな。
