阪急池田駅界隈で美味しい塩ラーメンの噂を聞きつけ訪問させていただきました。
初訪のお店は一番人気メニューを注文する事にしているので、ランチメニューの1番上に記載の塩ラーメンとキムチ豚丼をオーダー。
メニューには一品料理やアルコールも豊富なので夜のちょい呑みにも使えそうです。
ほどなくして着丼。
塩ラーメンの透き通ったスープとキムチの乗った豚丼に食欲をそそられます。
スープを一口。
うまい！
鶏がらとカツオ節？和風のダシの効いたスープは塩ラーメンの過去一美味しいと感じました。
トッピングはチャーシュー、ネギ、ノリ、玉ねぎと玉ねぎの甘さがアクセントになっています。
豚丼はあっさり塩ラーメンとは対照的に濃いめの味付けチャーシューとキムチ。ごはんが進まない訳ないですよね。
ラーメンを啜って豚丼食べてスープを飲む。この繰り返しは至福です。
このクオリティと量で800円は店主の気概を感じます。
美味しかったです。
