2015年2月9日にオープンしました。
ライブ感のある、フルオープンキッチンの店内で、美味しさを追求した結果、オーダー毎にスライスする生ハムは、イタリア製のスライサー、タマニーニを使用しています。そしてディナータイムのパスタもオーダー毎に麺を伸ばし、伸ばしたての美味しさを味わいたのしんでいただけるとおもいます。そして、肉の美味しさを一番感じてもらえるように、全て炭火焼きで提供させていただきます |

品数は勿論、一品一品に魂を込められた感がこちらへ伝わるお料理。
