資格試験の関係で、最近よく行く大阪大学・豊中キャンパス。
本日は結果が芳しくなく、呑んで帰りたいなーと駅に向かっていたのです。
したら、なんとお昼からやってくれてる焼肉屋さんが。しかもカウンター席多めでお一人様に優しそう。
これはここしかないだろうと突撃。
塩ホルモンセットをビールで。
あとは大好きな生センマイと、ミノとハツをオーダー。
最初に出してくれたのが塩ホルモン。
丁寧に焼き方や焼き加減の見方を教えてくれます。
これをタレではなく、出汁につけて頂くのだとか。
食ってみたら美味いのなんの！
看板に偽りなく、新鮮でジューシーです。
見た目も麗しい生センマイ、臭みのないミノ、なんとレアーで食べられるハツ。
みんな美味しかったです。
また来ます。
