久々訪問、基本の醤油ラーメン選択。
鶏むねチャーシューと切れ目も入りトンテキ？って位厚目で、大盤の豚肩ロースのレアチャーシュー。脂も美味いやつです。スープや素材の味が感じれる様にチャーシュー達には上手な仕事がしてあります。
麺も太めの平麺、関西のうどんにも近い鰹系の香りのするスープが秀逸。店主さん達の愛想が良いのもまた名店らしさかな。
