石橋阪大前駅から徒歩5分ほど醤油ラーメンのお店。麺や凛さんに伺いました。
メニューは醤油ラーメンに加えて塩ラーメン、まぜそば、つけ麺と豊富です。
初めてのお店だったのでとりあえずは定番の醤油ラーメンとチャーシュー丼を注文。
綺麗な透き通ったスープに鶏、豚の2種類のチャーシュー、カイワレ、メンマがトッピングされています。
まずはスープを一口。見た目通りの上品な味。醤油の甘みと香りが広がります。
そして麺はつるつるでコシが強め醤油スープに良く合います。
チャーシューは豚、鶏の2種類。豚チャーシューについては少し硬く大きいので食べにくかったです。一方で鶏チャーシューは柔らかくジューシーでとても美味でした。
スープはとても美味しかったので次回は別のメニューも食べてみたいです。ご馳走様でした。
