マルゲリータ、カルボナーラ、ボロネーゼを注文しました。
存在感のある窯で焼かれたピザは絶品です。焼き加減も良く、チーズがとても美味しかったです。カルボナーラは濃厚でこれまで食べてきたものとは全く異なる味わいでした。乳化されたソースが美味さを引き立てています。
ボロネーゼを少し分けて貰いいただきましたがかなり美味しいです。牛肉が良い味出してます。
注文したもの全てが美味しくまた行きたいなと思いました。価格が少し気になるところです。
